Abstract Submission

Submission Limit: Each user is allowed to submit up to two abstracts.

Oral/Poster Preference: During submission, you can indicate your preference for either an Oral or Poster presentation.

Title Requirements: Abstract titles should be concise and accurately reflect the content of the abstract.

Word Limit: The abstract content must be no longer than 250 words.

Abstract Format: The abstract should follow the format below: These sections must be entered in the space or text box provided.

• Aim/Background
• Materials & Methods
• Results
• Conclusion

Presenting Author: Preferably, the first author/submitting author should be the presenting author. The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors are aware of the content and that the work is original, without plagiarism (including self-plagiarism).

Affiliation Details: Authors must provide their Affiliation and City in the designated fields. Titles and degrees should not be included.

Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by 15th September 2025

Submission Process: The abstract submission process is separate from event registration, so you will need to create a submission login to proceed.
