1. Submission Limit: Each user is allowed to submit up to two abstracts.
2. Oral/Poster Preference: During submission, you can indicate your preference for either an Oral or Poster presentation.
3. Title Requirements: Abstract titles should be concise and accurately reflect the content of the abstract.
4. Word Limit: The abstract content must be no longer than 250 words.
5. Abstract Format: The abstract should follow the format below:These sections must be entered in the space or text box provided.
6. Presenting Author: Preferably, the first author/submitting author should be the presenting author. The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors are aware of the content and that the work is original, without plagiarism (including self-plagiarism).
7. Affiliation Details: Authors must provide their Affiliation and City in the designated fields. Titles and degrees should not be included.
8. Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by 30th April 2025
9. Submission Process: The abstract submission process is separate from event registration, so you will need to create a submission login to proceed.
